With a strong passion and conviction towards the call of God on our lives as Singers, Musicians and Psalmist, Crystal in Honour's desire is to see people's lives changed and renewed through the ministry of Song. Striving to create an atmosphere of worship where people from different walks of life can come together in unity to give glory, honour and praise to the one sitting on the throne, the most High God. We believe that through the ministry of song, God is able to Save, Deliver, Heal and Restore His people's lives.
History
Crystal in Honour consists of a mass choir, dancers, musicians and technical staff. Under the auspices of Trevor Sampson, their first album was released in 1999 titled "In Honour" and subsequently nine albums were released of which seven were live albums.
The Coming of Age
From a trio to a praise and worship team to a fully fledged digital studio, this was the beginning of a new age the coming of age for Crystal in Honour. In 2003 they recorded and produced their first independent project titled "Wings of love"
The recognition
After the completion of Crystal in Honour's first independent project in 2003, they were being acknowledged by surrounding church's and communities. With their state of the art equipment and digital studio, churches and aspiring musicians are now been afforded an opportunity to record their music professionally.
The Move
By the time "He Cares" was recorded in 2005, Crystal Ministries had moved into the auditorium in Aeroton, South of Johannesburg. The new building had its acoustic challenges but this did not hinder them from producing a recording far exceeding all expectations.
Growth
The growth of the music department kept pace with the phenomenal growth of Crystal Ministries, starting off with only eight members in 1992 to four thousand today and growing.
Accomplishments
The music department started off with only three members and today records and produces all its music in a fully fledged digital studio.

Vision
Our vision is to grow the choir to 300 members all aspiring to a common goal and that is to worship the Lord with all our soul, to usher people into God's courts and to minister God's word through praise and worship. Through our musical events we will create an awareness around social development issues and in so doing create a platform for people to receive Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour and to encourage spiritual development.
