The new B.A. degree in Bible and Theology came into being in January 2005. Crystal Education Centre enrolls their students directly with Global University.
(Springfield, Missouri, USA.)

Global University produces its own independent-study textbooks and study guides that provides instruction on how and what to study. These self-study courses are designed to help you successfully
 master the content of each subject in which you enroll. 

Crystal Education Centre's vision is  to encourage and enable local leaders to develop their gifts and ministries without them leaving their jobs, communities and local congregations.

The self-designed learning tracks and programs will forever form the foundational base from where candidates will be launched into higher levels of achievement, enrichment, development, and excellence.

Crystal Education Centre will not be a glorified devotional institution that is so subjective that nothing objective is achieved. Crystal Education Centre must be seen in South Africa with the very purpose of
preparing people to do a particular task in the church.

Students at Crystal Education Centre can make a difference in their communities. They can do this through the values they live by and through their special perspectives on our world. As well as knowing the
 right way to go about things, students need to
 know which things are worth doing. Students are young people who like challenges and make the best of their opportunities. Crystal Education Centre is the ideal learning centre to achieve your hopes and dreams.

The characteristic of higher education under successive white regimes was that white people were privileged and white consciousness was considered the intellectual and educational norm. Crystal Educational Centre’s aims
and objectives are to reverse such ideas and level the playing fields in the academics of theology.

The Freedom Charter which was adopted at Kliptown in 1955 became the rallying cry and statement of the political ideals of the black majority. The Charter states “the doors of learning and culture shall be opened…”
Crystal Education Centre envisages a qualitatively different understanding for the purpose of education, one that will be free and which will free the minds of learners to think independently, to advance and develop intellectually.

At Crystal we will contribute to the creation, sharing and evaluation of knowledge. We will engage in the pursuit of academic scholarship and intellectual inquiry in all fields of human understanding through research.

Crystal Educational Centre must allow anybody, and everybody, (with a desire and passion) the opportunity to grow, achieve, and be successful.

God’s goodness (grace/mercy/love/ kindness) will enable the Education Centre to provide efficient and  effective life and learning opportunities.

It is here where God’s people must be equipped to serve God effectively in their appropriate ministries and Christian communities (different churches).

“New” believers will ultimately be catapulted, and empowered, into efficient and effective leadership positions in God’s church. The enabled “SALT AND LIGHT” of the theological landscape will, with the assistance of new insight, understanding and knowledge, direct God’s people towards his eternal saving purpose!

The enrichment of individuals at Crystal Education Centre will allow the “SALT AND LIGHT” to give back into the life of all God’s people (believers and non-believers). Graduates and those who complete internal programs will be able to help “A LOST” someone to discover their greater destiny in Christ.

New values, improved standards, higher performance levels, acceptable morals, and a deep, sincere love for God will overflow into our local, national, and international communities.
