Crystal Education Centre's objective is to be a major player in the academic field of Theology and it envisages a qualitatively differently understanding for the purpose of education, one that will be free and in return free the minds of learners to think independently, to advance and develop intellectually. At Crystal, we will contribute to the creation, sharing and evaluation of knowledge and engage in the pursuit of academic scholarship and intellectual inquiry in all fields of human understanding through research (Allen Morris COO)
Crystal Education must allow anybody and everybody who desires an opportunity to grow, achieve and become successful. God's goodness (grace, mercy, love and kindness) will enable the Education Centre to provide an efficient and effective life as well as learning opportunities to all. It is at the centre where God's people will be equipped to serve God effectively in their appropriate ministries and Christian communities (different churches). The enrichment of individuals at Crystal Education Centre will allow the "SALT AND LIGHT" (of the theological landscape) to give back into the lives of all God's people (believers and non-believers). Graduates and those who complete the internal programs will be able to help someone to discover their purpose/destiny in Christ. New values, improved standards, higher performance levels, acceptable morals and a deep sincere love for God will overflow into our local, national and international communities (Leon Koert Head of Education)
Courses
BA Degree in Bible and Theology was launched in 2005. Students are enrolled directly with Global University (Springfield Missouri USA). The university supplies its own textbooks and study guides with instructions on how and what to study. These self-study courses are designed to assist you in mastering the content of each subject you have enrolled for. The self designed learning tracks and programs will form the foundational base from where candidates will be elevated into higher levels of achievements, enrichment, development and excellence.

Vision
By the time "He Cares" was recorded in 2005, Crystal Ministries had moved into the auditorium in Aeroton, South of Johannesburg. The new building had its acoustic challenges but this did not hinder them from producing a recording far exceeding all expectations.
Growth
Through the solidification of biblical knowledge, community leaders and inspirational role models will receive an opportunity to develop and enhance their inherent gifts and ministries. The empowerment of God's elect will lead to the enrichment of South Africa, abroad and the theological learning environment. Through excellence, a sense of pride, purpose and a desire to influence, the previously disadvantaged will experience an elevated self esteem and an enriched quality of life. CEC's desire is to develop into a centre of light and knowledge and to create a friendly environment that is conducive to learning
