CCM (Crystal Children's Ministry) Train up a child in the way we should go, even when he is old he will not depart from it Prov.22:6
CCM is a place where children can enjoy life in the presence of God. A place where faith, imagination and learning can be applied whilst learning about the gospel and where children are spiritually fed in a fun environment. It is a place where negative outcomes can be avoided through the teaching of God's grace and the consequence of disobeying God. It's a place that can assist in balancing worldly influences, everyone knows the harmful influences present in our societies. A children's ministry like CCM is intentional about telling the next generation about God.
Who we serve
CCM serves children between the ages of 2-14 years and is operational at every Sunday morning service as well as during our major church conferences.
CCM is headed by a dedicated team who all have a keen interest in the spiritual well being of the children. We believe that by getting children involved in church their parents will follow.
A safe environment
CCM has security measures in place where parents are required to sign their children in and out, this measure gives parents peace of mind that their children are in a safe environment and at the same time gives the staff of CCM the necessary information required in case of an emergency
Outings
CCM arranges outings and excursions for the children, it is important that the children can see that as leaders, we enjoy ministering to them. Having different programmes that appeal to the interest of children makes them want to come to church
Vision
It is our desire that the members of CCM will be prepared through the teachings they receive to participate in the church's equipping classes and ultimately the degree class. We currently host two events per year and our desire is to host an annual children's conference in conjunction with the church's "Under African Skies" conference. Our intent is to adopt an SOS village and encourage our children to be more actively involved in social issues. We hope that through the counselling and guidance that we provide, our children will become more confident, there will be an elevation of self esteem , confidence and ultimately wholeness
