Carl Hendricks Ministries: CHM
Carl Hendricks Ministries (CHM) is the flagship department of Crystal Ministries International. CHM is embodied in the visionary, Rev Carl Hendricks and supported by our first lady, Pastor Joan Hendricks. CHM focuses on cultivating the vision of Crystal that is DESTINY. This vision spans over a five year period and has a multidimensional execution strategy captured through vision statements and monitored through ongoing communication. CHM comprises of the following subunits designed to tactically execute the vision. Firstly, CHM Partnership desk is developed to attract and retain partners which include offerings from individuals, groups and corporations.
The second subunit is dedicated to the monitoring of the implementation of the vision and that is the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Administration. This core team of individuals ensures that regular feedback is obtained from the various Crystal Heads of Departments in execution of their departmental specific goals as it aligns to the overall vision.
The third subunit is the Media team which includes a full camera crew, post-production unit and editorial team. The camera crew and post production unit is responsible for capturing live footage of sermons delivered by Reverend Carl and packaging it for retail through the Crystal Bookshop. The editorial team is responsible for the compilation and publication of the Crystal magazine which incorporates current social trends, feedback from the congregation and promotional events related to the vision.
The fourth subunit is executed in conjunction with the Crystal Membership Desk and this involves a meet the Reverend session held every second month. These sessions are set aside for those contemplating membership to gather information first hand concerning Crystal Ministries International. The sessions are covered by Reverend Carl Hendricks and the respective Head's of Departments and includes a tour of the facilities of the ministry.
CHM would love to serve the congregation and the broader community as a whole to the best of their ability.
Matthew 5:14-16
"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. "Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under the peck-measure, but on the lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
